service and lack of response to request or complaints of the constituents. When asked for a solid
commitment on an issue or stance, they dance around or just say what they think you want to hear. It
is time to make them commit to and promote what they truly stand for.
I have always believed that campaign promises made just to curry favor,do just the opposite when
you cannot deliver. I have only made ONE promise over the years and that was to be honest and open
with the public when making decisions that affect their lives. I do believe, that to show the public that
I am not like any other candidate, in the fact that my campaign is aimed at what I feel needs to be a
new trend in politics. My campaign is dedicated to relate to the real needs of my constituents. I am
therefore making commitments that I know are attainable. I am going to make the following
commitments to YOU.
- I will work to lower the trash fee's back to actual cost and
cut the profit that the last council added - Go back to a citizen friendly city
- Work on inter-local agreements to help speed up
infrastructure repairs - I will work with the council to reduce spending and
streamline City Hall - Work with the School District to create a Economic
Development Team that will benefit both entities - Everyone on the council will be shown the same respect
and bring civility back to the meetings
